Busy Busy Busy

Well today is somewhat busy. I have a dentist appointment this morning then my mom has to go to FUN. Today is no where close to how busy Tuesday is. On Tuesday I have 4 classes and Choir. Fun right? The best part of Tuesday is when I have Readers Theater. So much fun there considering I am Thumbelina in Thumbelina! I really have to go but I will blog later today. Julia

A lesson in faith

Why do people forget about God in their times of need? Why do they only remember Him on Sundays when they are at church?? Do we not remember that God is the one who made us? Without God, where would we be?? We are lucky that God is a merciful God even though He hates sin. If God destroyed us the first or second or third time we sinned, none of us would be here today. But God is a merciful God and forgives us when we do wrong. Why then, you ask, does He give us all these troubles?? God gives them to us to see how faithful we are. To have faith in God, we MUST go to church and hear his word preached. Why? Because “So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of god” (Romans 10:17). But to have faith, we not only need to hear but we need to do for the bible says, “But be ye doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves” (James 1:22). I will hopefully blog tomorrow but goodbye for now!!

School Time!!!

Well today is my second day of blogging. What am I suppose to write about?? I have no idea. I guess i could write about what I am doing in school. You know, like what I'm reading, ect. ect. ect. I am reading Shakespeare in literature. To be precise, I am reading Twelfth night and I am up to scene III out of V scenes. Yeah, that's not a lot, But I do like reading Shakespeare. Why? I love the old English! Some of his works I really am not looking forward to reading, such as his work of Romeo and Juliette. I am also not looking forward to reading Beowulf, but, I'm gonna read that in English 4, 12th grade English. I am almost done with two of my subjects, those subjects being Intermediate English A and Science. I am on my second to last unit in English and my last unit is science. I just can't wait until I get a easy subject in school, AKA, Music. Music is sooooo easy and i can't wait to have it and finish it!! Why is music easy?? It is just beats, notes and things I already know! That is why it is easy.

Hi and welcome to my blog!! Obviously, my name is Julia, last name Guziewicz, (pronounced Guz ef itch) and I am female. I love watching the Olympics and reading. My favorite sport in the Olympics is Figure Skating. I like all of Team USA figure skaters but I do not like Evgeni Plushenko of Russia. Figure skating is my favorite sport because I love watching the spins, lifts, twizzles, ect. ect. ect. Some of my favorite book series are Percy Jackson, Inkheart and Main St. Some favorite TV shows, The Suite life of Zack and Cody, X-men evolution and Star Trek. Favorite movies are as follows....The sound of music, X-men 1 and National Treasure 2. I am quite a girly girl and I absolutely love my family with all my heart. My picture is of me dressed up as my Favorite character, Annabeth Chase from Percy Jackson, to go see the new movie which, I must tell you, I did not enjoy. I hopefully will Post tomorrow, as it is now 8:38 pm and I am watching the Olympics.
